From the driver who picked me up at the airport, to the support team/admin to the doctor and assistants the high level of friendly professionalism persisted and set me at ease with the travel, accommodations, procedure and post op. Recommended.

After one night at a local hospital, Driver Jaime took me to the Health & Wellness Recovery House. As he drove, he was considerate of the bumps in the road. The pampering started immediately; Manager Zehida and two nurses were at the curb to assist. Once inside, a large yogurt with granola and fruit and tea was on my tray table. The food (3 meals and 2 snacks per day) was plentiful, fresh and well prepared. Baked fish, beef, vegetables, eggs, avocado toast, rice, salad were some of the items that were given. The portion sizes of the food and beverages are large; after a day, I asked for both to be reduced by half. I did not want to waste it. I requested massages daily and Angi was outstanding! Her touch was so gentle and yes, it was slightly uncomfortable on certain parts of my body, but that is par for the course and could not be avoided. The wifi signal was strong and I was able to use my Macbook without any issues with connection. I felt independent to move around the house (after the first few days healing) but the workers were only a bell away to provide support. I felt apologetic with some of the assistance that I need; the ladies were always sweet and told me it was fine. Their jobs are not easy and I thank them so much! My experience demonstrates that medical tourism is a great option, as I traveled from the U.S. I have no qualms of returning, should I need to have another procedure performed and I will certainly stay at Health & Wellness Recovery House again.

Health & Wellness Bazaar was awesome and making me feel comfortable traveling abroad for my surgery. I had previously traveled to Mexico for a surgery and the program I used didn’t handle the logistics well. I voiced my concerns to the staff at HWB and they made sure to make me feel confident that everything would run smoothly and safely. My surgery was August 2 and everything went very well ; I’ve had a great recovery and would definitely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rodas and the whole Health and Wellness Bazaar team. They made everything easy from scheduling and proceeding, they were with me through every step. Their pricing was incredibly inexpensive plus you get a lot of perks. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for improving my life!!!

I was so nervous to be going to Mexico alone for a surgery but my experience was so awesome! From the very beginning every step was was very easy. Lauren, who was so nice, began my process and responded quickly! Once booked Marla became my coordinator and saying she’s awesome is an understatement!!!! She was so nice and informative, she picked me up from the airport and drove me to my preop appointment and from there I was assigned other drivers but Marla still kept in touch every step of the way and even came to the hospital to check in after my surgery! I definitely recommend this place!

The experience I had was amazing! From my very first conversation with with Miss Lauren to meeting the doctor and other medical staff, they turned a scary surgery into a pleasant experience! Thank you so much to them for giving me a life where I don’t feel like I’m hiding!!

I gladly recommend this recovery house, since its nursing staff is very kind and very humane women, who care about our well-being. Helping us with everything we need after surgery. For me, this recovery house is the best that exists in Tijuana!! And your Coordinator Zehida Díaz is the best person I have ever met with a compassionate, loving and very kind spirit!! There is no place in the world like this. If anyone is planning to have a surgical procedure, I recommend this super recovery house. Excellent deal!

My Medical trip to Health & Wellness Bazaar was a smooth trip! Emails and phone calls, driver pick up & drop off, surgery, hotel arrangement, everything went very smoothly and timely responsive! I was on schedule. No major delayed. No complications!

I needed a knee replacement. And after doing my research I found Health & Wellness Bazar. I highly recommend them for any medical need. They were in constant contact with me every step of the journey. The aftercare was great. And I never felt like they abandoned me. Even after i returned home they wanted to see the wound once a week. The recovery house was so great. The food was filling and healthy. The aftercare Doctor was there every day to check on me and my wife. And I know that language differences can be a little scary, but the staff all spoke English. Again I can't say enough about the care that I received with the Health & Wellness Bazar

I can not state enough how happy I am with my experience with Health and Wellness Bazaar. I had been scammed by another doctor just a few weeks before I decided to take another chance with H&WB. They went over and above to make me comfortable in so many ways..from the absolute best care before during and after my procedure. I had a full mommy makeover consisting of extended tummy tuck with abdominal muscle repair, breast lift with implants, lipo 360 with fat transfer for a BBL. The doctors were wonderful with my before and aftercare. The results are amazing and I LOVE my new body. Pain was a lot less than I imagined and the care I received at the recovery house was great!! We felt completely safe and secure the entire time. I highly recommend H&WB!! I will be booking again with them soon ❤️

Health and Wellness has the best service I’ve ever seen! I originally came to Tijuana with much hesitation, not knowing if I wanted to go through with the surgery. After arriving and meeting the staff, I knew my experience was going to be more than pleasant. The drivers Abraham and Jaime were extremely kind and very knowledgeable. They instantly greet you with warm tones and make sure that the first thing you feel when you get off the plane is comfortable. The nurses at the recovery home were so kind and accommodating, they made sure to provide food accommodations for my companion without any hesitation and made sure to always check in with us about everything. They made the environment at the recovery home feel like home and tended to my every need. And the food!!!! The food was so good and house itself was very pretty inside. My last shoutout would be to the surgeon himself. Dr.Rodas, you did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. I’m glad I found the perfect surgeon and the perfect recovery home to match. You guys were all awesome, thank you for the amazing experience!

My experience with HWB has been seamless from start to finish. Once receiving my quote and paying my deposit, I was in constant communication with my coordinators up until we arrived in Tijuana. My 4th round of skin removal was March 27th. This was my first time having surgery with HWB. One of my procedures was a calve lift so i had to find a surgeon that was experienced with them. So glad i picked them to do this round. My husband and i arrived the day before and were quickly picked up from the airport. We got to the hospital, then i had my pre op testing before going to eat. Our drivers Abraham and Jaime were awesome. Super nice guys and extremely professional. We were brought to meet everyone at their new office. Really nice place. Everything was explained in detail about the process and we were never rushed. It was actually the opposite. We enjoyed talking to everyone. We were also taken on a tour of the city after eating which was nice then brought back to rest before the big day. Dr. Nares is absolutely fantastic! Very down to earth and easy going. He took his time going over everything with me which never happens in the US. Very refreshing. I felt very comfortable with him and the hospital was very clean. Most of the hospital staff spoke English so that wasn't an issue at all. Surgery went well and we were transferred to the recovery house for 6 days of our stay. Great experience there also. They had flowers waiting for me in my room with the sweetest card. Such a nice gesture. The nurses went above and beyond for us. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. Food was really good too. I could smell it cooking from our room so I knew it would be. Absolutely no complaints at all. I would like to give a shout out to Fernanda, Viridiana, Sofia, Zehida and the aftercare doctors. They were all so amazing through the entire process. Abraham, you are a gem. Thank you for being so cautious while taking us to the airport on our departure day. It was like we were family with how caring you were. Jaime, thank you for everything also. We had some great conversations with you and you went out of your way to make sure we we were happy and had everything we needed. I'm close to 8 weeks post op and still in contact with them. They have reached out to me on a regular basis checking on me and asking if I need anything. They even overnighted my new faja since it was out of stock the day we flew home. I can't thank everyone enough. I absolutely LOVE my results. Especially now that I have a new little booty to show off😉 I highly recommend HWB. You can not go wrong and will not be disappointed.

I honestly don't know where to start. This experience has been one of the best and I am truly happy I found Health & Wellness Bazaar for my procedure. In 11/2023 I had a Full Tummy Tuck + 360 Liposuction. Since the beginning they have always been there, explaining and checking in with me at all times. Any questions or concerns that I had, I could always call or text for support. Dr. lllich Navarro did an amazing job. He turned my body into the one that I always hoped for. With the excellent aftercare from the entire staff and from Dr. Fernanda Chavez, I am grateful and I would highly recommend them.
